Privacy Policy

Effective May 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CEO Country Club LLC(“we,” “our,” or “the Club”) collects, uses, and protects personal information from members and visitors of ceocountry.club and any affiliated properties.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate your membership:

  • Contact information — first and last name, phone number, email address.
  • Preferences — preferred communication channel, location of interest, type of work you do, birthday (month and day only), and which rooms or amenities you intend to use.
  • Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your full card details. We retain only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage your billing.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser, and device type when you visit the site, used for fraud prevention and operational monitoring.

2. How we use your information

  • To operate your membership, including access, communications, and billing.
  • To send you transactional messages (welcome email, receipts, address details, event invitations).
  • To improve our services and respond to your inquiries.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect the Club and its members.

3. How we share your information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the Club, and only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers who process information on our behalf, including payment processors (Stripe), email senders (Resend), data storage (Google Workspace), messaging providers, and infrastructure hosts (Fly.io, Cloudflare).
  • Legal authorities when required to comply with law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Club, our members, or others.
  • Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration in the ordinary course of business. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and notify members in advance, and provide California residents with the rights described in Section 7.

4. How long we keep your information

We retain member information for the duration of your membership and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, accounting, and operational obligations. Inactive prospect data is purged within 12 months of last contact.

5. Recording on Club premises

Photography, audio recording, and video recording are not permitted on Club premises without prior verbal consent from Club management. Consent may be revoked at any time, including retroactively — in which case the member or guest agrees to delete the relevant content on request. This policy exists to protect the privacy of all members.

6. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest with our hosting providers, and access controls limiting personal information to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not currently applicable; see Section 3).
  • Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

EU/UK residents (GDPR)

If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our lawful bases are: contract performance (your membership), legitimate interest (operating the Club), consent (marketing communications you opt into), and legal obligation.

How to exercise your rights

Email admin@ceocountry.clubwith the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days (CCPA) or 30 days (GDPR).

8. Cookies

The Club website uses only essential cookies and similar technologies required for the site to function (e.g., remembering form progress, securing sessions). We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

9. Children

The Club is a 21-and-over membership. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn we have done so inadvertently, we will delete the information promptly.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
